• Notify Olakino of scheduling changes or cancellations as early as possible.

Pricing and Cancellations

Transportation charges will follow Olakino's applicable PUC-authorized tariff.

• Cancellations at least 2 hours before pickup: No charge.
• Cancellations less than 2 hours before pickup: A $25 fee may apply.
• No-shows: A $45 fee may apply.
• Additional waiting time may result in charges under the published tariff.

Safety and Service Availability

Transportation is subject to vehicle availability, passenger safety requirements, and applicable laws. Olakino may decline transportation when conditions would make a trip unsafe or unlawful.

Regulatory Status

Olakino Medical Transport, LLC has submitted its application for passenger transportation authority to the Hawaiʻi Public Utilities Commission. Transportation services will begin only after the required authority and operational requirements are satisfied.
