• Base fare: $25
• Mileage: $3.00 per mile

Wheelchair

• Base fare: $50
• Mileage: $3.00 per mile

Gurney / Stretcher (Coming soon)

• Base fare: $120
• Mileage: $3.25 per mile

Evening / weekend surcharge: + $10 per trip

Holidays: + $20 per trip

**Example:

• Saturday wheelchair trip:
  • Base $50 + $10 weekend surcharge = $60
• mileage at $3.00/mile

For same-day medical appointments:

• Round trip price = (2 × one-way fare) − $5 to $10 discount

**Example (weekday, ambulatory, 5 miles each way):

• One way: $25 + (5 × $3) = $40
• Two one-ways: $80
• Round trip with discount: $70–$75

• First 10 minutes: free
• After that: $15 per 30 minutes (or $0.50 per minute)

• Additional attendant: +$20–$30 per trip
• Stairs / no elevator with wheelchair: +$10–$20 (only when truly needed)

• Cancelled < 2 hours before pickup: charge 50% of base fare
• No-show at door (driver waited 10 minutes): charge 100% of base fare

No. We provide non-emergency, medically necessary trips only. For emergencies, call 911.

Yes. We are based in Waiʻanae and serve the entire island.

Absolutely. We specialize in recurring dialysis, therapy, and oncology trips.

We work with private-pay clients now and will be contracting with Hawaiʻi Medicaid (Med-QUEST) plans after PUC approval.

Yes — we offer door-to-door service and assistance as needed.

Same-day requests may be available, but 24–48 hours notice is recommended.
