Recurring ambulatory transportation may be arranged for medical appointments, including dialysis, chemotherapy, physical therapy, wound care, and specialist visits. Services will be available after required PUC authorization is obtained, subject to scheduling and passenger needs.

Planned non-emergency transportation home following hospital discharge, outpatient procedures, or medical treatment for passengers who can travel safely in a standard passenger vehicle, independently or with minimal assistance.

• We plan to provide courteous assistance for ambulatory passengers traveling between their doorway and our vehicle, including assistance entering and exiting the vehicle when safe and appropriate.
• Door-through-door assistance may be available by prior arrangement. Services do not include lifting, carrying passengers, or providing medical care.

Base Fare: $45.00
Includes the first 5 loaded miles.

Additional Mileage: $3.00 per mile
Applies to each loaded mile beyond the first 5 miles.

Waiting Time: First 15 minutes included at no additional charge. Additional waiting time is $7.50 per 15-minute increment.

Caregiver / Escort: One attendant, caregiver, or escort may accompany the passenger at no additional charge, subject to available seating.

• First 15 minutes are free. Then $7.50 per 15-minute 

• One attendant, caregiver, or escort rides free, subject to available seating.

• Cancellations made at least 2 hours before pickup is FREE. Less than 2 hours: $25 fee may apply.
• $45 fee may apply if passenger is unavailable when the vehicle arrives.

No. We provide non-emergency, medically necessary trips only. For emergencies, call 911.

Yes. We are based in Waiʻanae and serve the entire island.

Absolutely. We specialize in recurring dialysis, therapy, and oncology trips.
